As a therapist, I understand that all people come from experiences that prevent them from experiencing a secure sense of self and disconnect them from other people. My passion as a therapist is to help you gain courage with being vulnerable as we therapeutically explore your unique experience with compassion, authenticity, and meaningful connection. Understanding how our experiences shape our thoughts, emotions, feelings, and behaviors is one of the greatest gifts to find our way back to ourselves and others.

As a Licensed Master of Social Work with over 3 years of clinical experience working in inpatient psychiatric care, I have had the privilege to work with the most vulnerable and courageous people across the state of Michigan. I believe that person-centered care has everything to do with how much you will benefit from treatment and that’s why it’s integral to the approach we will use to navigate your unique journey and prospective. I am well equipped to help with transitions/adjustments, relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and issues related to identity and self-worth but am not limited to these challenges. I focus on providing care using evidence-based treatment not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches. “I encourage all people to invest in healing themselves, for this is the greatest gift you could ever give to you, yours, and to humanity as a whole.”

In my free time, I enjoy backpacking, woodworking, gardening, and a vast array of creative art projects.
